Art on paper
The Vereniging Bedrijfscollecties Nederland has created an exhibition of works in the collections of their members at Art on Paper in the Gashouder in Amsterdam. Included are two drawings that I sold more than ten years ago to the Province of Gelderland. They both come from the series Rich people having fun (2010), in which I explored spaces that were changing during the financial crisis that was going on at the time. Although I have now (also) started practicing other media and techniques, and have often moved my studio, today I remembered exactly where I made them and how nice that felt.

I believe art can best be experienced in real life. This is why, besides participating in shows, I create small exhibitions of recent and older works in my very own studio. You are welcome by appointment for a studio visit to view the first edition!
